Baby.XXX is an 1 year 3 months old baby weighing 8 kgs. The child suffered from a serious Congenital Heart Disease namely Tetrology of Fallot. The child was severely disabled due to low oxygen levels in the blood, because of the critical life threatening heart condition. The child needed an early open heart surgery. But the child's family hailing from interior tribal area of Gudalur ,was unable to afford this high end cardiac surgery. Gowri Jayanthi Trust realizing the detrimental financial status of the family which was preventing the open heart surgery, helped the family and thus the child with a donation for the surgery. The child underwent surgery successfully and is healthy and recovering well now.
